Truth....


Okay, I have to say I am a Dave Ramsey fan.   I don't follow him like a cult and I don't do everything he suggests.  BUT the underlining idea of what he is trying to get people to understand is good and I think based on his biblical beliefs.  This sign/sticker is the truth and I think that if more people acted their WAGE and our economic climate wouldn't be such an issue right now.  

His point is get out of debt, stay out of debt, save and then GIVE! What is wrong with that idea?  I really could get on a soap box but won't.  I encourage everyone to visit his website.

Live Simply

I didn't get a ton of work done today.  I did empty two medium rubbermaid bins of Play Doh tools.  Yes, not one but two boot shoebox sized rubbermaid bins of Play Doh toys.  Once upon a time I hosted play groups.  Those days are long over and it was time to find new homes for the five different sets of tools. My Mother-In-Law is in town and we went shopping to return some Christmas gifts or exchange for the right size. At one of the stores my husband found a live simply shirt.  He asked me if I wanted it.  NO! Isn't that kinda against my goals?  I don't need another tee shirt but at least he gets the message.
